NUDGE SEED (SLEEP, EXERCISE, EATING, DRINKING) PROGRAM

ManageHealth offers a 12-week intervention and education program for businesses and schools who value looking after their teams holistically. The intervention and innovative program uses engagement, education and accountability as the 3 focus areas to enact behaviour change over a 12 week period.

Each participant is given a fitbit wearable tracking device that can track steps, activity, sleep and heart rate along with an associated app that will sync this data along with manually entered hydration and food intake. The SEED program uses an innovative health coaching platform Nudge where each individual’s device is linked up via a specific code so that a health coach can see the data in real time via their coach app or desktop application. Both the individual and coach can communicate and interact using the Nudge App.
