MENTAL FITNESS EDUCATION

Just like our physical fitness, our mental fitness is an important part of our every day lives!

As the owner of ManageHealth, Peter Annis-Brown’s commitment and passion for supporting people to achieve a better physical and mental quality of life is driven from deep personal experience.

In 2013,  he lost an employee to suicide, then a mate in 2016 took his own life. In 2019, he found out his own Grandfather also suicided in 1966. (Unfortunately, no-one spoke of suicide back then).

This lived experience has driven Peter to educate himself about mental health and the link between physical wellbeing and our mind. He also wanted to be able to reach out to friends, family and colleagues with confidence and competence offering help if they experience mental health and wellbeing issues.

These devastating experiences were a key factor in Peter becoming a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor and establishing ManageHealth. Peter is now a Principal Master First Aid Instructor and has delivered various education courses to over 3500 participants Australia wide.

ManageHealth now offers a number of face to face, blended online and fully online education courses to help individuals, businesses and organisations become more self aware and build their confidence and competence with Mental Fitness.
